- Tickets are valid only for the date and time selected at the time of booking. Each ticket grants access to the Eiffel Tower by elevator, with an optional summit upgrade if chosen. Children under 4 years may enter free with a paying adult. Tickets are non-transferable and must be presented (digital or printed) with a valid ID. Security checks are mandatory; prohibited items will not be allowed inside.
Cancellation Policy
- If cancellation is made 30 days or more before the date of travel, 30.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellation is made within 30 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
Refund Policy
- Tickets are non-refundable once booked, except in cases of official closure (e.g., extreme weather, strikes, or technical issues). No partial refunds for unused portions of the tour (e.g., if the summit is closed but second floor remains accessible). Rescheduling may be permitted up to 24 hours before the visit, subject to availability. In case of operator cancellation, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
