This tour is not recommended for pregnant women, guests with back issues, or children under 4. Participants are advised to eat light before the ride due to the bumpy nature of dune bashing. Bring a jacket during winter months (Nov–Feb) as desert temperatures drop after sunset.

tickets terms & Policy

Bookings must be confirmed at least 12 hours before the safari. Pickup is available from selected Dubai locations. All guests must be 4 years or older; children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. The tour operates daily and includes shared 4x4 transport with up to 6 guests per vehicle. Comfortable attire and closed shoes are recommended.

Cancellation Policy

If cancellation is made 30 days or more before the date of travel, 30.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation is made within 30 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

Refund Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations between 12–24 hours are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 12 hours or for no-shows. Tours may be canceled or rescheduled due to extreme weather or local government restrictions. Refunds are processed within 5 working days.
